"May I have this dance?" Rose offers a deep curtsy, and a somewhat shy grin, given that she was the one asking. Her full length evening gown was black, which the TARDIS didn't seem to view as her color, but she liked the way it made her seem a little bit taller than she actually was, even without heels. Granted, how long had it been since she danced in high heels and not trainers? Yeah, that'd be a never. At the club, it was always trainers, and with the Doctor, even when she did have time period shoes, they were usually good for running in, unless he'd added a heavy amount of gadgetry to the bottoms. Still, she was confident, that so long as monsters didn't attack, or the usual reasons for running for your life didn't happen, she could get away with heels just for the night.
This was the kind of elegance she'd once wished for, especially to show her parents. Things changed.
Zero Gravity
"Oi!" Rose did her best to head towards the screaming people, especially the pool area, in case the lifeguards needed help. "Don't panic! We've still got oxygen, so long as you don't use it all up!" If that was meant to be a joke, it probably wasn't going to get quite the reaction of breaking up tensions, but Rose would settle for simply shocking people into silence for now. "Stay calm, yeah? Grab blankets, start creating cushion fortresses against the furniture. Some ship, yeah?" she teased with a lopsided grin, still on the move, "It's not even bolted down proper!"
Captain's Announcement:
"Right yeah," Rose snarked to no one in particular. "I'm sure America won't notice a buncha hostile aliens in their midst. Regular old day innit?" A snort. "Howdy pardner?" Her accent will give her away before anyone else ever does, it's painfully bad.
